Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final on Custom Services
• All wigs that have been custom-colored, altered, installed, or styled are considered custom services and are non-refundable.
• Concerns or issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Inspection Requirement
• If a concern is reported, the item must be returned for inspection before any resolution can be considered.
• No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued unless the item is physically received and inspected.
Return Shipping
• If a return is authorized, the client must use the provided return label unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• If a client chooses to ship using their own label or carrier, the client assumes all responsibility for loss, damage, or misdelivery.
• Items lost, misdelivered, or stolen during return shipment are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Condition of Returns
• Returned items must be in original condition and free of alterations, damage, or excessive wear.
• Any item failing inspection will not qualify for resolution.
Carrier Responsibility
• Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the receiving party.
• Claims for lost or missing packages must be filed with the carrier used for shipment.
